Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

Sponsorship Agreement FORM indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Sponsorship Agreement FORM will be held as a valid liable contract, by which both parties will be bound.

 Booking Procedures and Payment Information

  • 50% deposit must be paid before 30th, April 2020.
  • Remaining 50% is due by 30th, June 2020 after which you will also receive a tax invoice.
  • Should final payment not be received before 30th, June 2020, the package will be released for re-sale and the deposit will not be returned. As spaces are strictly limited, returning an acceptance form does not guarantee a place as a Sponsor.
  • You will be sent a confirmation letter to confirm your acceptance as a Sponsor.
  • All Bank charges are the responsibility of the payee.

  Cancellation / Reduction Policy

  • Cancellation of sponsorship must be made in writing to info@apage2020.com
  • The organizers shall retain:
    • 50% from the agreed package amount if the cancellation is made before 30th May 2020.
    • 100% from the agreed package amount if the cancellation is made after 30th May 2020.
