Abstract and Poster

DO’S

  •  The data presented should be original work of the author and have not been plagiarized from any other source.
  •  The scientific method(s) must be sound and result(s) or outcome(s) should be mentioned in the abstract. Plans for work without evidences or results do not usually constitute an adequate abstract.
  •  Abstracts should have expected scientific merit.
  •  Avoid personal criticisms of individuals in the abstract. Criticism should be restricted to the scientific contents, based on evidences.
  •  Abstracts should comply with all the guidelines.

DON’TS

  •  Submission of the scientific work published in any format in any national or international journals before or have been accepted for publication before the abstract submission closing date.
  •  Presentation of the same abstract delivered before in any format in any previous scientific meets.
  •  Submission of incomplete work
  •  Re submission of same abstract
  •  Late submission

SUBMISSION CATEGORY

Abstracts can be submitted under following categories.


  •  Oral
  •  Video
  •  Poster

Case Study can be submitted only under Poster category

Note: - One delegate can submit only ONE abstract in either ORAL or VIDEO category. No limit for POSTER category submission. Delegates having other category submission already, can submit for POSTER category.

REVIEW SPECIFICATIONS

The abstracts will be reviewed online by experts’ panel through an unbiased, blinded selection process.

Once selected, the Presenters of the selected abstracts will be informed accordingly via e-mail.

Limited number of abstracts will be accepted for Oral / Video presentation. Abstracts, submitted for Oral, may be allotted for Oral / Poster Presentation.

The scientific committee holds the sole right to accept or reject abstracts, to assign those on oral platform or poster presentation and to decide on the final slot allocation.

No images, graphs, references or illustrations are allowed.

Use numerals to indicate number, except to begin sentences.

Standard abbreviations are acceptable. Uncommon abbreviations must be put in parentheses and preceded by the full word the first time it appears in the text.

Note: Registration is mandatory for all presenters.
One needs to select the respective award options while submitting.
 VIDEO SUBMISSION
Videos with voice-over should be submitted.
